DIVISION 9
Section 9900 - Painting and Coating
Our bread-and-butter; NCH Construction provides commercial painting services for multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, military, and other architectural structures. With a hard-working and growing outfit of over 50 dedicated professionals, we offer complete interior and exterior painting and staining packages and can handle projects of the highest caliber.
Section 9700 - Wall Finishes
In tandem with our painting and coating services, we also specialize in all types of wall coverings including wallpapering, wainscoting, décor and murals, drywall finishes, faux finishes, and paneling.
Section 9290 - Gypsum Wall Assemblies
A core extension of our interior finishes platform, NCH Construction delivers complete gypsum wallboard assemblies with a focus on quality, efficiency, and schedule alignment. Leveraging our scalable workforce, we provide turnkey solutions including drywall hanging, taping, finishing (Levels 1–5), and light framing for soffits and bulkheads.

WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2017 as a small family business in Columbus, Ohio, Next Chapter Homes Construction (NCH) continues to operate as a real estate investment firm specializing in single-family infill and multifamily housing.
Over time, our leadership platform has expanded to include decades of combined experience across affordable and market-rate housing development, construction management, contract negotiation, procurement, logistics, and business development.
Over the years, NCH has expanded through strategic partnerships and now supports a robust Division 09 operation. Through combining expertise in finishing trades with a strong real estate development background, we consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across multifamily, institutional, and government construction projects.
